2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the public website artnudephotography.com. The Members area, Patreon, YouTube, Instagram and other external services may apply their own privacy terms when you visit or use them.
3. Data that may be processed
- technical data contained in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL and date and time of access;
- information you voluntarily provide when contacting me, including your name, email address and message content;
- newsletter data, if a newsletter form is enabled and you choose to subscribe;
- cookie and external-media preferences stored in your browser.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Data may be processed to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, establish or perform agreements, protect legal claims, and—where you have given consent—deliver newsletters or load optional third-party media. Depending on the situation, the legal basis is performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, or your consent.
5. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by providers supporting hosting, website maintenance, email delivery and security. Optional content may connect to YouTube/Google or Instagram/Meta only after the relevant consent or an intentional action by the visitor. Membership payments and access are handled through Patreon and the separate Members website.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some third-party providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such transfers are governed by mechanisms recognised under data-protection law, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
Technical logs are retained only for the period necessary for security and administration. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and, where relevant, for limitation periods connected with agreements or legal claims. Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the subscription is cancelled.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or objection to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
9. Children
This website presents fine-art nude photography and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and personal data from children is not knowingly collected.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect data. This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
